Cost Effective Steel Personnel Doors
- Our most cost effective steel door has a polystyrene core for high thermal performance.
- High security Astragal to three sides of the leaf ensures the lock bolt in the frame cannot be easily identifiable by intruders.
- The steel door has an integrated rubber seal to 3 sides of the frame and is supplied in light grey RAL 7035.
- Steel doors are supplied minimum 850mm x 2040mm, 950 × 2040mm, or to a maximum 1050mm x 2040mm.
- These doors are available for immediate delivery.
High Security Personnel and Emergency Exit Steel Doors
- The 60mm rockwool filled leaf steel door has superior strength, durability and thermal properties.
- It has a unique hinge system which has an inbuilt automatic and adjustable closing system and has an integrated rubber seal to all 4 sides of the door frame.
- Doors can be supplied in 3 sizes, 900mm x2100mm, 1000mm x 2100mm, 1300mm x 1200mm.
- Standard colours available are White RAL 9016, Light Grey RAL 7035 and Olive Green RAL 6003.
- All emergency fire exit doors are supplied with a Briton 378 panic latch as standard.
- These steel doors can be dispatched within 24 hours.
Custom Made Steel Security Doors
- Custom Made Steel Security Doors are suitable for Retail Units, High Street Stores, Sporting venues, Commercial and Industrial Properties and the Public Sector.
- Made from high tensile steel with an anti-rust coating.
- For increased security stainless steel door hinges with dog bolts into the frame are provided as standard.
- To ensure a perfect fit an extender frame compensates for any uneven brickwork.
- A full range of louvre panels and vision panels including frosted and double glazed can be supplied.
- Our custom made steel doors will fit structural openings between 700mm-2200mm wide and 1900mm- 2300m high.
- Steel doors can be manufactured in a choice of door frames single, door and a half, or double to fit your exact requirements.
- All are supplied fully finished in a choice of over 100 BS and RAL colours with metallics and pearlescents available as an optional extra.
- Our custom made steel security doors come with a wide range of optional accessories and can normally be delivered within 4 days.
Technical Information (Custom Made)
- Leaf: 45mm thick door leaf with flush lipped astragal constructed from 2 No. 1.2,1.5 or 2.0mm thick Rustec or Zintec sheets.
- Core: Choice of insulated core including, Dufaylite Honeycomb, Rockwool, Polystyrene or Timber
- Frame: Manufactured from either 1.5, 1.6 or 2.0mm thick Rustec or Zintec Steel.
- Door Ironmongery: BS7352 Grade 13 stainless steel, twin bearing template drilled butt hinges with integral security dog bolts are fitted as standard with CE marking.
- Vision Panels (Optional): 20GA Cold Rolled Steel – Stainless Steel available upon request. Single and double glazed, 6mm GWPP/ Laminated/ 6mm Toughened. Obscured and frosted on request. 22mm Double Glazed units.
- Louvres ( Optional ): 18 GA Galvanised Steel Frame / 22 GA Galvanised Steel Louvre Blades/ 50 % free air flow in standard configuration/ Bird Mesh and Insect Mesh available/ 36% free air flow when using insect mesh.
- Finish: Powder coated finish as standard in a full range of RAL and BS colours. Marine Grade finish is available in salt laden coastal or high chlorination locations. Metallics and pearlescent available as an option.
- Threshold: Aluminium threshold with neoprene seal on external outward opening doors. Double ramped threshold is available for doors needing pallet truck access. Specialist inward opening threshold available where water ingress is an issue on inward opening doors.

- Our bespoke range of security steel doors can be manufactured to your exact specifications.
- To fit structural openings 670mm-2800mm wide and 1200mm-3000mm high.
- Fire rated if required.
- A full range of leaf and frame thicknesses is available in Zintec, Galvanised or Stainless Steel.
- Choice of Honeycomb, Rockwool, Polystyrene or Timber Core.
- BS 7352 Grade 13 stainless steel, twin bearing template drilled butt hinges with integral security dog bolts are fitted as standard with CE marking, provide maximum security.
- An option of fixed and removable louvred, glazed and solid over panels, fixed louvred, glazed and solid side panels and a full range of louvre and vision panels including frosted and double glazed.
- All bespoke steel doors are supplied fully finished in any standard RAL or BS colour.
- Delivery of our bespoke steel security doors is usually within 21 days.
